To earn a designation, a REALTOR® has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry.
Mary has earned the following designations:

ePRO- This certification means the real estate professional is prepared to employ the latest techniques and services for your benefit, just like you've grown to expect from a professional.

Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) - An ABR® is a buyer’s representative who has completed advanced training and who has proven experience in serving the special needs of buyer-clients. In addition to knowing the dynamics of their local market, an ABR®-designated buyer’s rep can help you make informed decisions throughout the entire home buying process.

NAR’s Green Designation - No matter what your role is in the real estate transaction, an NAR Green Designee can help you distinguish fact from fiction and make educated decisions about: green materials, energy-efficient technology, green ratings, green design, green living, green incentives and more! Whether you're going green to save the planet or just save some money, an NAR Green Designee can help you get started.

Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) - A real estate practitioner who facilitates the buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination.

Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) - By earning the SRES® designation, your REALTOR® has demonstrated necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50-plus through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.

Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) - Foreclosure is a devastating financial and emotional process for a homeowner, and in many cases they face this process alone, without help of any kind. An Agent who has earned the CDPE Designation has dedicated their time and effort to understanding the distressed homeowners issues. The CDPE Professional is an agent who understands the full range of solutions and is ready to help.

A REALTOR® is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.

The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:

Loyalty to clients;

Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;

Cooperation with competitors;

Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
